- Xtreemathletics Boot Camp is a fun, motivating, highly exhilarating military/Athletic style outdoor training program designed to challenge all aspects of your health and fitness
- Its 4 weeks of intense training that will give you serious results. Your Xtreemathletics Boot Camp program consists of a 45 minutes session run over a 4 week period.
- You don’t need to be fit to do this Boot Camp, that’s why you are coming to us. If needed we place each recruit into a team depending on his/her individual fitness level.
- It is run completely outdoors.
- Safe program design with no contraindicative exercises drills or circuits.
- A focus on quality instruction and execution of all exercises and drills.
- Claudia doesn’t only challenge and motivate you physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
- You will see and feel the difference (even) in the first two weeks.
